Oakland California Chapter
The Los Carnales and La Familia Motorcycle clubs provide police officers and their civilian brothers who are Harley-davidson owners, or owners of motorcycles of American orgin, the opportunity to associate with other police officers through oraganized club activites. The goal of these clubs is to improve the public image of the sport of motorcycling by our activities, our conduct, and our service to the community.
